Not Jerky. Just Beef, Salt, and Proof-of-Work.

When people see Bitcoin Beef Bits for the first time, the most common reaction is to compare it to jerky. Both are dried meat, both are portable, and both have been around, in one form or another, for generations.
But Bitcoin Beef Bits belong in their own category. They are made differently, taste different, and follow a completely different philosophy of food.
Traditional jerky was simple and honest. It was a way to preserve meat using salt, time, and natural drying methods. In many ways, beef bits are actually closer to that original idea than most of what is sold as jerky today. But the end result is not jerky, and it isn’t trying to be.
Jerky begins with a marinade. Soy sauce, sugar, spices, tenderizers, and preservatives.
We start with beef and salt. Nothing more. No marinade, no sweetness, no softening agents. Just real grass-fed, pasture-raised beef sourced directly from Finnish farms that practice zero waste.
Our ingredient list is two words long because we wanted a food that reflects transparency and purity. Beef. Salt. That’s it.
However, the real difference is in the drying method. Bitcoin Beef Bits is dried using heat from Bitcoin mining. That heat is normally wasted. We capture it and use it to transform raw beef into a crisp, naturally preserved, high-protein food.
There are no dehydrators or ovens. No smoke flavor. Just the natural, constant airflow from a miner with about 4 filters to ensure the best quality.
The result doesn’t look or feel like jerky. It’s crisp, lightweight, and clean. More like a crispy carnivore chip than a chewy strip.
Beef. Salt. Heat. Time. Proof-of-work.
