Returns and refunds

At Bitcoin Beef Bits, everything we do is built on honesty, transparency, and quality. We make food with only two ingredients — beef and salt — and we believe our policies should be just as clear and straightforward.

Why We Can’t Take Returns

Because our Beef Bits are pure, preservative-free food with a stable but natural shelf life, EU law treats them as perishable goods (Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). For this reason, the usual 14-day return right does not apply once your order has been shipped. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and the integrity of food products.

👉 In short: we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Our Commitment if Something Goes Wrong

We take full responsibility if your order arrives:

Incorrect,
Damaged, or
Not up to the quality you expect.

In these cases, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, in line with EU consumer protection law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, ideally with your order number and a photo. We will handle the rest quickly and fairly.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Replacements are shipped at no extra cost to you, as soon as possible.

Storing Your Bitcoin Beef Bits

Our products are shelf-stable, but they should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once delivered, correct storage is your responsibility. We cannot replace products that have been kept in unsuitable conditions after delivery.
